Service Description

Super convenient for pet owners - our Online Video Consultations can be booked for all animal consultations. We understand there are times when pet owners may not be able to get to a vet conveniently, may live remotely or may just have some questions about their pets condition that we could deal with online. Whilst Online Consults do not replace the Veterinary Clinical Examination process, there can be a lot of information gathered with which we can help. We may be able to initiate at-home care, advise on the need for a vet visit or whether urgent care is required. If you pet has what you feel is an emergency, please call the clinic first. As a senior Integrative Veterinarian and Veterinary Herbalist, Dr Joan Deetman has a wealth of experience and information to share with pet owners. We can provide a range of treatment options including Herbal Therapy. Prescription medications are not provided. * Video Consultations may be booked strictly Monday - Friday between 10 am - 3 pm. (Bookings made outside these hours will not be accepted.) * Once your booking is accepted, you will be sent an Email with a Zoom meeting link and instructions. * Ensure you connect with a computer, laptop or ipad screen. * Clients will be responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet coverage. * For small animals - in a quiet room, with animal on a table or large floor area if a big dog. * For Large animals - in a well lit stable breezeway. Farm animals - please contact us to discuss. * Consultations run for 30 minutes. * Payment will be made at the start of consultation by EFTPOS.
