Revisit Integrative Consultation

Service Description

For pets who we have already seen for a particular condition. Your pet's condition will be reassessed in response to therapy initiated. Revisits will include the following services: * Full physical examination including full history, past illness/surgery, current medications * Assessment of current condition and response to therapy * Blood pressure * Blood and urine testing in-house if applicable * Review of current diet and initiate changes if applicable. * Advise ongoing therapy including Traditional & Western Herbal therapy * Advise on Complementary therapy as applicable * Written Integrative Care Plans will be emailed to you so you do not have to remember everything we discuss on the day. * Medications and laboratory test costs will apply.
